  Until the parents of this chap take responsibility, accept the deviant behaviour of their son and seek for a working rehabilitation process, he will continue to be a threat to innocent people. The law enforcement agencies must work in conjunction with the families to reduce likelihood of him causing possible harm to society. There is no doubt innocent people will suffer if bribery takes precedence in this issue. He is adult and must face the law fully.

  I know of a very comfortable, good family which did everything for their child, yet he took to smoking and changed completely, bringing so much disgrace to his family. That guy had everything, and his parents were very serious and firm with discipline. They were not too hard on the guy, they only wanted his success.
