    That is a point. The NPP knowing everything refused to take part when the 1992 constitution was written. The NPP has boycotted every national forum, but will be the first to criticise decisions made by Ghanaians.

    Yes, the constitution should allow referendum on national security issues like GALAMSEY. The citizens should have the right through referendum to decide on how arrested GALAMSEYers or Scammers should be treated.
