This cocaine matter is wonderful!!. The guy Fordjor didn't accuse the government, the NDC, or any particular person. He simply said he suspect a plane that landed at Kotoka was carrying drugs. But Kwakye Ofusu didn't handle this well. He should have though scolded Fordjor and advised him that he shouldn't come to public with such information but should have reported to the security authorities; because if his suspicions are true the drug criminals would be alerted and take cover. And thank him anyway and advise him that the matter is being handled by the security authorities. But in this country everything is WAR!. I have seen this sort of debates in many civilised countries; but here, Kwakye Ofosu just went bananas, shouting and trying to show his powers; then other commentators joined in to poison the atmosphere.

It's difficult to understand why a whole MP, a Rev Minister would be so reckless to make a claim that is clearly a lie. How would an aircraft carry illegal drugs and laundered money to an airport without being arrested at the airport? Civil aircraft transport of goods and persons are governed by international rules and regulations to which Ghana is a signatory. Thus, if such a thing happened at KIA, it's not an MP and their caucus in parliament who would be alerting the world but the airport security and safety officials would make the appropriate arrests immediately. And he doesn't know this? I can't believe that this osofo doesn't know he's just playing the fool so confidently. What a shame!!!
