Moreover the contractors has spread granules on the turf already and everything was fully done before commissioning. What these are doing is technically wrong and will mess up the lifespan of the turf. He is doing this to show to people that the money he is collecting is being used to maintain the please. This is because he's not giving any account to anyone.
This exactly happened to the Mamprobi park and when it went bad, those who collected money couldn't account for them and the plan is still not fixed.
