NAGRAT is no more relevant in Ghana today. It was formed at the time when we had very few graduate teachers. At that time graduate teachers felt that their members could not get any position in GNAT because most of the teachers at the time were not graduates. But currently, most of the teachers in Ghana are graduates. So the discrimination concerns of the past are irrelevant. All of you teachers should join GNAT and help move the teaching profession forward
