It boils down to tge same pardon. If thr one prosecuting says he's unwilling yo prosecute then he will hobto court with kid gloves and the courts have no alternative than discharge him. It's most likely he's guilty

This was just a political persecution when the NPP knew they did not have the numbers in parliament.
A prosecutor of the State can taken anyone to court without repercussions and that is what Godfred Dame did.

You are not like the other criminals whose cases have been discontinued. The other guy has been assigned to one of the respected state institutions. This character who was sacked from the Army for criminal misconduct has been given a sensitive national security job. His record include being an army officer, sacked from the army for misconduct. In his subsequent civilian life, he committed a crime. Whilst the criminal trial was ongoing, a new government was inaugurated and this new administration decided to discontinue his and other criminal cases. All the criminals were happy that the cases have been discontinued. But knowing that you are innocent, you requested the trial to continue. History will remember your honesty. The others have been let loose and some of them have continued with the criminal activities including stealing cash and jewelry from the homes of decent men. Please go to church and thank your maker. Sorry for the inconvenience. Sorry for being put in the league of criminals and robbers. The future looks bright for you. Congratulations
