However, we seriously need to consider younger people for certain responsibilities. We absolutely need the experience of the senior citizens but that can come from an advisory position.

The body gets tired and requires rest and special care, inconsistent with the rigorous demands of certain political positions like the Presidential and vice presidential roles.

How on earth will someone who has been asked by the system to retire as a professor because of age, be strong enough to be a vice president or president?

We need to go back to the drawing board and make reforms…
