    THE LAWS SHOULD MAKE IT CLEAR THAT MOTOR CYCKES RIDING IN THE MIDDLE LANES IS ILLEGAL. THIS IS WHAT IS CAUSING OVER 90% OF THE ACCIDENTS.

    Okada riders and pragyia riders/drivers must also have insurance policy coverage to benefit both the rider or driver and the traveler or passenger.

    INVOLVE THE GRASSROOTS
    Take their concern before implementing those regulations:
    1. Minimum age should consider 18
    2. No need of proficiency test of theory
    3. Be practical and relevant not like the Ghana we knew.
