  Please Mr Depay, if you want a stool to stand on, take one to the field. Spectators pay to see the ball played, not to be held at a standstill and used as a standing stool. If goalkeepers are limited to how long they can hold on to the ball, you shouldn't be allowed to keep it 'out' of play.

  If you do this at the wcup the ref will either give you a red or yellow card. You are basically taunting the opposing team by doing this and taunting in any type of sport especially if it's not a contact sport. Is seriously frowned upon because it can cause riots in the stands and amongst players on the pitch so yes. Awning this by the Brazilian fa is the right thing to do in my opinion
