A quick search shows that this plane has no link to any major incident in March and, as of today, 6th April, it has not left the United States. Simply put, the aircraft in the image has remained in the U.S. since March.

Crucially, the Airmed aircraft at the center of the ongoing controversy is N823AM, not the one shown by Felix Kwakye Ofosu. This clearly exposes the falsehoods and misinformation being circulated by government communicators under his leadership.
