  You are dividing the work you are already doing in 8 hr into three shifts 24 hr and end up employing three times your present number of workers (party footsoldiers). You just want to throw dust into our eyes. Negative productivity and profit. Already your workers are conversing and always on their phones during working hours and they want to be managers of the three sifts. You don't even have electricity for the 8 hr.

Also, it is better to create jobs through 24 hour economy for people across government agencies and departments for our brothers and sisters who are looking for work.
