  Secondly, patrons of such facilities use them with anger.
  Next time a seating facility is to be built, the seats should not have back rests.
  The colours of the seat should not be multi-coloured and the chosen colour should be neutral and dull one not bright but fading.
  When those facilities are provided some people take ebresidence and handle them with no decency.
  Again hawkers, and food sellers should not be allowed within the precincts of the facility.
  Food vendors should have a designated place outside the facility.
  When you are entering the facility, take your meal before entering.
  You are staying in the facility not more than two hours.

  In Ghana there is one word we don't have in our vocabulary and that is maintenance. We like to put up shiny structures and then watch them rot away in disrepair. Does not surprise me.
