What is the big deal here? Everybody has been hit with at least 10% tariff. If all West Africa export Yam or Cocoa to the US, everybody is being charged at least 10%. If anybody should complain, it should be Nigeria, 14% and Ivory Cost, 21%. Ghana's products will be cheaper to the American consumers than the same products from those 2 countries.

Is simple ones you pay for the new tariff you increase your product prices so at the end Americans will suffer by spending more money on products.

Not so simple as you put. They can decide to stop buying all together. If they stop buying how will you make any money?
