I do not understand how some employed people in Ghana able to live many months without been paid? When I worked and schooled back Ghana back in the late 1970s, I never heard of the govenment not 'able to pay its employees. I could not understand when a coup d'etat took place in the Ivory Coast because the military was owed many months. Back then I said, It cannot happen in Ghana. How come now? Do workers fast and refused to pay for housing?
