  Politicians have allowed small scale miners to use excavators in their mining activities and these illegal miners are using the excavators to destroy our forest reserves, farmlands and water bodies and now the politicians are complaining because the miners have the upper hand in the destruction of our environment. It's a bad mining law to allow small scale miners to use excavators in their mining activities. All over the world, small scale miners are irresponsible miners because they lack mining expertise.

  I don't understand the reasoning behind destroying such equipment. What is this? You the police can auction off these equipment to road, farming and construction companies. The police can use that money to buy more equipment or build more stations, invest in neighborhood watch etc. I dont understand why you must burn them.
