THEY TELL YOU ITS THEIR TRADITION AND THE CHIEFS SUPPORT THEIR ACTIONS BECAUSE THERE IS NO LAND TO SELL. The police, who are deeply involved in these issues, are the main catalysts of various disturbances related to land disputes. Any police officer who, instead of ensuring public peace, indulges in land dispute matters should be dismissed without hesitation.

  I hope and pray this new IGP can solve this police-land guard collusion in intimidating and exhorting money from the public. The police are part of the landlord operation, and it is awful to know a government institution meant to stop criminal activities is involved in criminality itself. Ghana police are part of crime-promoting entity in the country, and it is surprising not a single policeman has been fired for such malfeasance. The IGP can establish a name for himself if he is able to solve this problem.
