    There is no need to warn anybody who has put a structure on a fire hydrant. Go ahead with your men to do the right things.You are doing your best to save your people.

    Buildings over fire hydrants? Why would the minister know this better than the fire department? Does that mean they do not inspect they hydrants?

    Sometimes i wonder what are in the fucking heads of africans. They have built structures over fire hydrants. And the fire service too has never complained about this. I just can't believe this.
