  We live in a country where every morning the best players leaves to play in another country. The leading goals scorer leaves in the middle of the season. How do you even find the best players?
  We don't get to see a top player playing consistently in our league for 2 seasons. How do you leave as the best player and go and play in Mozambique, Tanzania, Azabajen , Lesotho and expect to be called up?
  
  The current crop of players are playing regularly in the UK and France. If Otto Addo stop playing them out of position and man manage them well, we should be going places.

  Home-based players earning about 500 Cedis per month, with a standard of play not even worth the attention of international scouts. You want to populate the Black Stars with these kinds of players? Black Stars is a serious business and not for tryouts. You don’t get the chance just because you are a Ghanaian. You have to prove your mettle and win the slot. There’s a reason these local players are still playing local. The talented ones are already outside the country with seasoned professional clubs.
