This meagre sum for road maintenance compared to other sectors?
Interestingly, about half of it will go into party differs and individual pockets.
A very sick nation!

The Ndc govt should go and red about the New York Times..the finance minister should go and read about how much New York City made from tolls in just a month..The New York City made over 45 million dollars in a month from road tolls alone..Proper electronic and modernized road tolls will stop the Govt from going to ImF for loans..we are joking as a country too much..fix the dammn roads and out tolls on them..u will reap every pennny back and put it in other sectors..why Ghanaian politicians don’t know how to generate revenues internally is very serious to our nation..u should run the country like a serious business

The way our roads are maintained they even make not suitable for driving it's too bumping, they should seal the pot holes to be level with the roads and not what we see now

There is really no hope for Ghana with these greedy bastard politicians. These people doesn't have any patriotism for Ghana, they have patriotism only for their pockets. Travel the length and breadth of Ghana and see how horrible and deplorable our road network and towns look like, and ask yourself if Ghana deserves to be handled this way. 68 years along the line. Trust me there is no hope for Ghana.

I urge controller and accountant general's department,CAGD, to ensure that the first handlers of teachers staff ID numbers and are currently on retirements do not re-enter the accounts of the present staff ID holders for any claims. I suggest that details of payments be given to the pensioners in avoidance of errors that will bring them back for such claims. Other measures can also be adopted to sideline the pensioners from visiting the same accounts. Anyway, we thank gov. for the road maintenance budget allocation.

Same old stuff.
No gdp targets. No wonderful plans.
Mediocrity.
By now, there should announcements of grand major project of rail and large scale farms and factories to process.
Any move to double gdp. ANY. Make full use of human resources sitting idle or?
But alas, minor talk. Just that.
Too predictable the end results in 3.8 years time. SAD.
