Yes, there may be instability. But, Prof, none of these people is independent. Where were you when Akufo-Addo sacked Charlotte Osei? Before Akufo-Addo came to power, did you hear of any indiscriminate removal of such calibre of people. Charlotte Osei supervised elections that brought Akufo-Addo to power. But the NPP managed to sponsor some of its members to petition against Mrs Osei with so vague accusations. Jean Mensa has fine worse than what Charlotte Osei was accused of. And the chief Justice has not helped matters koraa. So both the CJ and Jean Mensa must go.

Going forward, our constitution should be revised and the power of appointing people to these positions taken away from the president. Tye positions should be advertised and a high profile panel established to vet and interview shortlisted applicants. The most qualified should be sworn into office by the president.

It is more dangerous to keep those heads of institutions with party colours and partisan in all their works. Amazing that Ghanaians are spared the wreck of wars by the margins of the electoral victory otherwise the npp packed courts could have overturned validly electoral wins against their opponents. When the packing of the courts started, citizens saw it and decided to use a peaceful approach to deal with it leaving them deeply wounded and greatly surprised. So let the institutions be devoid of party colours

She has already destroyed the democracy you claim you’re preaching about.
