They were pretending not to need money to force the rates down. They succeeded! But just wait. Yesterday a short termer term T Bill was traded at 28%.
The chichens have come home to roost!

They know they are going to fail. Investors are going to take their from bank and send it elsewhere. They are jokers.

These people are playing with the economy. They are jokers. Inflation rate higher than the TB rates, watch what will happen to the economy in few months. If care is not taken, their projected growth rate of 4.4 percent, far lower than what NPP left behind, might not be achievable. The economy will slow, banks could collapse. Consumer spending and investment will go down. If NDC government does not do the right thing, the will disgrace themselves with the economy at the end of the day. They should allow the money market determined by the Inflation. They should not artificially do things as if the economy is good. A word to a wise is enough. We know NDC are bad managers of the economy. They can listen to the opposition too. We all want a better Ghana.
