24 hour operational fuel station supported by security agencies involves wage payments for station attendants, paying for the security detail, increased operational costs for the fuel station. Meanwhile, there is no demand for fuel by drivers from 10pm to 5am.
Which fuel station operator would be insane to adopt this situation? Incompetence or insanity?

Just promote cashless payment methods, you may not be able eliminate cash payment entirely but that will be a disincentive to thieves.

It is not worth the cost operating after 10 pm at most stations in Ghana.
Traffic volume to businesses enclaves are very low at that time. Take for example Cirle to Makola road or Kejetia to all locations in Kumasi.
