Kwarteng Yeboah's argument is flawed. A&C are responsible for restring all damaged vehicles since it is their structure which caused the damage. A&C may hold the contractors responsible since they did shoddy work. When two vehicles are involve in an accident, the guilty party bears the cost of restoring the other persons vehicle regardless of the insurance theat party may be carrying. Kwarteng Yeboah should not be giving false comfort to A&C.
