GHANA SHOULD COME OUT WITH A FIRM DECISION/POLICY ON THIS PROBLEM. GRADUATES OF MEDICAL SCHOOLS SHOULD BE MADE TO SERVE THE NATION FOR A PERIOD OF TEN YEARS, AFTER GRADUATION. THEREAFTER, THEY ARE FREE TO MOVE TO WHEREVER THEY WANT TO GO TO. GHANA CANNOT AND SHOULD NOT INVEST INTO THIS AREA OF EDUCATION, ONLY TO LOOSE THE BENEFIT OF IT. OTHERWISE, THEIR MEDICAL EDUCATION SHOULD BE SECURED BY SUCH STUDENTS PARENTS, WITH LANDED PROPERTIES OR WITH CASH. FOR ALL THESE YEARS, HOW SHOULD GHANA HAVE ONLY 80 PSYCHIATRISTS ? HOW ?????? IS IT A FACT OR FICTION ?
