With all these massive stealing the NPP Government wanted to maneuver itself into power. This is a really big catch. The NIB I presume is supposed to be under the Ministry of Communication.. If this colossal amount of money can be taken from this small government agency or office, then one wonders the amount that will be stolen from bigger entities or public institutions. This guy should be jailed without bail on presumption that the money can't be readily refunded by the sheer quantum. Ghanaians should take a cue from this and ensure the NPP never come to power. It once disintegrated as the UP and re-emerged as NPP. The infighting currently in te NPP with another electoral loss in 2028 will ensure its extinction which is good for this Country. We have more Cecilia Dapaahs and the AG should pursue these white collar criminals with alacrity till justice is served the Ghanaian Citizenry. This is why the NPP was packing the Courts with loyal judges they knew they will lose the election and
accountability will follow. Is this how to govern and fight corruption as the NPP often claim on its campaign platform? There is renewed energy at the AG Department as far as transparency and accountability are concerned in the fight against public sector corruption. So what were the AG, OSP and EOCO doing during Akuffo Addo's government. I am happy there is a generally a common agreement! that Akuffo Addo is the worse President Ghana ever had. Even staunch NPP loyalists agree with this fact.This is both a national and an international shame because the erstwhile NPP Government under Nana Addo leadership had the topmost Sakawa Boy in the Country their fold. Adu-Boahene is the chief Sakawa Boy in Ghana now. What a shame!
