Franklin is responding to treatment.
Mahama should know that we're not going to abandon full recovery of stolen loot. Either we recover all, or hold Mahama as an accomplice to fraud and corruption.
"Retrieval of Stolen Cash" must be retroactively implemented, not just from the time of the previous government, but from previous governments as well. By doing this the 'retrieval' will be fair and justified.
