  These INEXPERIENCED and riff-raffs have been given these positions and don't have a clue as to the natiue of the work and role to play and calling on all citizens to help?
  How can citizens help? The Ministry has no holiness to call, the Ghana Water Company has no holiness even if they do when you call no one responds, No modalities for citizens engagement and participation. Yet they ooze out anything just to indicate that they are occupying the role.
  Why should we wait till World Water Day to address our Water problems? Tweaaaaa Ghana!!

  World water day ,i suggest, needs to be extended to a year celebration if it is well valued.Many fresh water sources-rivers,lakes,dams,streams ,wetlands and marshy areas have been significantly turned into building of houses and industries . No wonder the modern day living has also taken it's towing effect by the many road constructions across the country. And recently,the numerous illegal surface gold mining activhties,galamsey,nationwide has also added it's destructive effect of causing high turbidity of waters ,which is a threat to aquatic lives and H20availability. And eventually leading to non-sustainability of many water sources.Feacal discharges into water bodies from domestic positions have also reduced significantly the volume of potable water to almost nothing .Many risk using these high polluted waters and fear of contracting water borne diseases like cholera and etc.Eating of fish is a problem .Today ,a sachet of drinking water sells at 50p and it is as a result of potable water inavailability.

  When I hear politicians talking like this then I become irritated. Does she think by saying this all will help to safeguard water bodies? No, so punitive measures must be put in place and ensure that they are enforced. Period
