The only thing Ghanaians understand is punishment. A way to severely punish those who refuse to pay taxes is what will let Ghanaians sit up and meet their obligations. A case in point is ECG will go and disconnect those who have done illegal connection but the culprits turn around and fix it back. Disconnection without punitive measures amounts to nothing.

Ghanaian academics are not that smart to do it.

I have tried several times for my post paid meters to be replaced with prepaid but no one cares. I actually want the Hohoe ECG manager fired because he is not doing his job.
