If they attend I will be shocked by their level of ignorance. In 9ja this is what they call “ settings”. No one is a millionaire or billionaire until we can verify his or her sources of income, tax payment and industry credibility, especially in microfinance and banking where other people’s money is managed or mismanaged. The media who a glorifying his new found wealth like manna from heaven should tell us who sits on Board of Directors of his company, and what the last Audited Accounts state as the company’s worth or indebtedness. No one suddenly appears with wealth without a verified source. And personal wealth must be compared with the legally reported value and worth of his business empire. Not individual houses, cars and private jets. This is not an enlightened approach to telling the story. Paid publicity will mislead everyone as in the NAM1 saga.
