In this country ,we need more teachers but this current government are sacking teachers.

Why would 21 teachers in one particular school leave, when there are a lot of teachers looking for appointments? Madam headmistress, are you a monster? How did you treat them. You need self examination first.

Teachers can no more be gotten cheaply like in the past.
What really pushed these teachers away? Real investigation should be conducted in the school by GES and Edu. Ministry. There might be more teachers planning to vacate that place.
They have gone abroad bcos they "ll be paid better washing dishes there.but i hope nobody is still collecting their salary oo!
