The oft-repeated cliche of “Ghanaian hospitality and humility” is a farce. We show kindness to foreigners but not to our fellow Ghanaians. Almost everything is politicized. You people have allowed the NPP and NDC to deceive you into thinking that they think about your future. See what these 2 parties and their hangers-on are doing to our environment with illegal mining. As soon as there’s a change over of government, they go after the opposition. Then the tables turn and the new administration also gets the chance to go after their opponents! Is that how to manage a country so much endowed with human and natural resources? No wonder we’re not making the needed progress after 68 years of political independence.
If you suspect someone has crossed the line why don’t you follow due process to deal with the individual? Why invade the privacy of the person at night? This is the 2nd time this Rambo style of searching has happened this year. The NPP will also come to power and repeat the same things. So nobody is safe in this country? Come on, we can do better as a nation!
Let’s be decent the way we treat our fellow citizens. I’m very much disappointed the way things are going on in Ghana; they don’t augur well for our democracy.
