  John Mahama said that free SHS was instituted on a "whimsical promise of a desperate politician", and if he had 2billion cedis, he would not use it on free SHS so, my question is what stops Maham from cancelling the program by telling parents to pay for their children education.
  
  Revision, revisit or whatever all leads to one thing which is cancellation and who can stop Mahama from doing that? These bloodsucking leeches parading themselves as "Professors or whatever" want Mahama to give them "Nokofio" something Nana did not do hence their deep hatred against him.
