There shouldn't be favouritism, bribery and "visa services." It should not be like the security services where agents collect huge sums before enlistment.

This is completely unacceptable. Are you building Ghana or foreign countries. Who told you that those countries do not have the youth to go into such trades.
Think carefully. This is a complete joke, a failure and very shameful. Your government wants to create a 24/hour economy and encourage buy made in Ghana goods, yet you are promoting the youth to leave the country.
You must be ashamed rather than praising yoirselves on this. There is no thinking.
Developing a country requires deep thinking and long term planning. Don't just engage yourselves in these knee-jerk jokes as solutions to our problems. Think deep and focus on programs that are sustainable.
This is very shameful. Stop it and come out better.
We are building a nation, think and consult broadly.

I am completely in a different view. This I call eye service.We have fertile lands. Agricultural is one of the games changing jobs currently. Motivate and support the youth with accessible farm service centers at constituency level so that youth can engage in crops such as cassava, vegetable and poutry. Prioritise this to build sustainable job, self actualization, and a stable economy. We can make more money through exporting product like yams to UK than remittance.
Another area to focus if we want to make agriculture is to create a standardised way of Saling products.
Please we can do better.

Motivate and support the youth with accessible farm service centers at the constituency level so that youth can engage in crops such as cassava, vegetables and poutry. Prioritise this to build sustainable jobs, self actualization, and a stable economy. We can make more money through exporting product like yams to UK than remittance.
