However, may I humbly remind you that you have been placed in command of a highly trained, and professional security agency; and the personnel you lead, do not require a 'mother' to perform their duties effictively, but rather an efficient commander with astute leadership skills.
My very humble advice is that you dump that 'mother for all' attitude, and rather adopt a 'commander for all' one, devoid of any gender leanings.

Strong leadership, characterised by professional skill, efficiency, impartiallity and general discipline is what is needed for your success as a commander.
