The government of Ghana has no land. Land belongs to the ethnic groups, each group on its own land. The different ethnic groups don’t have to belong to Ghana. If you don’t want them to be part of your Ghana plan tell them and they will probably cede. This is why Nkrumah’s one party state was insane. He should have done that with his small NZEMA group, not the independent nations that had joined into Ghana.
