  There are many policemen/women who academically are not good but have managed to get bank Loans to buy Degrees and expect to be promoted. Painfully they were also not paying attention to their work for which they have been employed by the state.Dr Dampare realised this that is why he was using the internal exams and on the job performance to promote them.Most of those who hate him were caught by these assessments that is why they were never happy with him.The new IGP shd never allow himself to be caught by this trap,those who failed the internal assessment and insist on using their Degrees shd be sacked Again leakages in the Internal Police promotion exams shd be blocked,many of these policemen/women are thieves they will find means to pass these exams.

  Dampare can be describe as a husband who gives huge sums of money during church harvest, contribute to church projects and punctual at church activities but does not give his wife house keeping money, doesn't pay his children school fees, doesn't sit home together with his family. There is no way when his wife reports him to the pastor the pastor will believe her. It's only God's intervention
