Of course Dampare is not outgoing, he's the former. His replacement has been sworn into office already!
The current IGP shd be careful of those policemen/women demanding promotions they are semi-illiterates who have bought CHEAP DEGREES expecting to use it for promotion.They don't even respect their job

I suggest the Special Prosecutor should look into Dampare's degrees. If he forged his age he can easily forge his certificates. The guy is a real crook, he's in the class of NAM1.
