Prof. Kwesi Prempeh should not forget the reform of the judiciary, the worst institution in the country. Our justice delivery system is rotten to the core especially under Akuffo Addo rule . He packed the Supreme Court and the Appeal Courts with matemeho ideologues who only read the agyapadie doctrine. I have been to court four times and I can boldly say there was no justice there. The Akuffo Addo government was undoubtedly the most corrupt in Ghana's history. Surprisingly, not a single cockroach had been prosecuted. You have the old horses like Sam Okudjeto who doesn't see the evil actions of the matemeho guys.

The indemnity clause barring president from prosecution must go. Attorney general separated from minister of justice and given strong support from constitution and shielded from political and government influence so as to enable the attorney general work without fear or favour. Terms of parliamentary tenure must be reduced to 4 terms. Ex-gratia must be cancelled as choice to represent constituents is voluntary work and as such must be sacrificial so no exgratia. Lastly MPs are law making so any MP who wants to be a minister must resign from parliament to pursue executive duty.
