  It may have a legal backing but is it compulsory to extend their time when there are many capable hands all over the place? Besides,are they going to perform some magic with the extended time? We are building a country so everyone must be given a chance to contribute by letting those who have reached the retirement age to go,NO EXTENSIONS.
