The answer to this is simple: The former IGP allowed the armed-robbery-infested police to fester in the ranks, and that's what the officers cherished. Who was responsible for the armed robbery attacks on bullion vans in the past? Didn't the police itself establish that it was from among them?

Former IGPs also instituted daily quota system dictating how much patrolling police officers brought back after extorting drivers and indulging various forms of bribery. Didn't Dampare stop much of these? Dampare doesn't need bribes.

Please stop venting idiocies. The gentleman is send away, spare the nonsense.

When sections of Ghanaians complain about a CEO, sometimes it is because they can’t have their way to steal and flout the law. They complain because of their stomach!
