All Gh govt appointed officials declared assets and finances, and yearly pay information should be published and be made publicly available on a dedicated government website. This will be a huge step towards ensuring accountability and transparency. The government should Overhaul the entire transportation sector by building intercity train/tram network in Accra and other regional capital cities in Ghana. This admittedly is going to be expensive and requires power and expertise but it would reduce traffic congestion. The large lorry parks are prime locations for city residential and commercial real estate development for taxes and economic development purposes.
