  Where are the series of accident black spot signs erected during 2000 to 2010 when the tanker caught fire around Mankoadze. We are always caught hands down. Road Safety Authority has reduced itself to churning statistics, no field monitoring, inspections and implementing saftey measures. They leave enforcement to only police. Please undertake field surveys, inspections and implement safety measures to save lives..
