  this GALAMSEY MENANCE----for how long shall we continue to be highlighting this existential threatening havoc slowly and softly killing us ALL-----Why should we allow a section in our Ghanaian Society be allowed to be the perpetrators of this GALAMSEY Disaster?. In fact the Galamseyers are foolishly ignorant --the mere possession of gold gives them some ARROGANCE and they continue to be engaged in this criminal activity of desecrating the very ENVIRONMENT that sustain our LIFE. Let us understand that NO PRESIDENT of GHANA can ever STOP GALAMSEY---IT can never happen even if he puts his PRESIDENCY on the LINE.
  The solution to END the CALAMITY of GALAMSEY is in the hands of the LEGISLATIVE BODY of GOVERNMENT--[THE PARLIAMENT]--If our Parliament can spend precious TIME cluelessly to enact an ANTIGAYISM BILL----with the desire to criminalize HOMOSEXUALITY in any form whatsoever----I ask are they out of their MIND ?----do they know the difference between HUMAN RIGHT and CULTURAL RIGHT ,--THAT Human Right is fundamental whereas Cultural Right is dynamic .Did not the ex-President Akuffo -Addo categorically state that -NOT UNDER HIS WATCH SHALL SAME GENDER MARRIAGE happen in GHANA ---SO why should Parliament mischievously waste time on an ANTI-GAYISM BILL--HOW CAN ONE CRIMINALIZE MORALITY ?-don't Ghana already have in its Laws penalty that deals with indecent SEXUAL BEHAVIOUR IN public across board be it- Heterosexual ,Homosexual or whatever---
  LET us direct our call for ACTION to STOP the GALAMSY MENANCE at GHANA 'S PARLIAMENT-----The protest marches , the demonstrations and the News-media must pressure PARLIAMENT to ENACT a LAW to BAN any form of Small Scale Mining venture [LEGAL or ILLEGAL for a foreseeable period of TIME to allow the WATER BOBIES & AGRICULTURAL LAND & FORESTS to regain an unpolluted state . Any VIOLATION of such a BAN must attract a severe penalty -even Death by Firing squad ,such a penalty shall be a deterrent ----Note that in some Asia Countries --[CHINA & SINGAPORE THAILAND --etc. ---Drug [NARCOTIC ] Trafficking attracts such severe penalty .Deviant Sexual Orientation in no way even can cause any harm to any one in our society -whereas this GALLAMSEY is slowly killing us ALL. WATER is LIFE --IT is PRICELESS --more precious than gold .--The VEGETATION is LIFE not the gold . Serious afforestation program must be embarked upon to win back the FOREST and the RIVERS ,--small scale mining is not the only JOB to be engaged in .And in fact any work that has a deleterious effect on society at large cannot be called work .
  After a foreseeable period ,say 20 years when a refined -safe method for winning the gold is designed ---the BAN SHALL BE LIFTED--meanwhile let the gold remain underground undisturbed.
