Nana's presidency was allocated 8.5billion cedis with the biggest government since the name Ghana was recognized, and the outcry from NDC was unbelievable.
  
  Mahama, when Ato Forson read the budget, your presidency was allocated 11.3billion cedis with the leanest government ever in the history of Ghana so, if you Mahama, was asked to explain the differences between 11.3billion cedis and 8.5billion cedis, how are you going to explain it?
  
  Per the gospel of NDC, 8.5billion cedis is more than 11.3billion cedis.
