If so then why scrap the Ministries? Or so that they can get paid for doing notthing. You would have done yourself and Ghanaians a lot of good if you added precisely where these "redundant " civil servants were sent to? The gaps in your explanation are too many and wide. Mildly put. it is a failed attempt at doing it the NDC way - lying.
