  That woman is NOT a professor. Dr Smile Afua Dzigbodi Gavuah Dzisi was not a substantive vice chancellor. She was controversially appointed interim vice chancellor. Due to mismanagement of the university, she was dismissed from the university with disgrace and dishonour. Her promotion to associate professor did not follow right procedure because she decided it for herself.

  Professionalism is the key and very important at this crucial moment and situation of the country's educational system and can not therefore rely on trial and error to upgrade the it. GES over the years of the nation's educational career have suffered a great deal in terms infrastructure which lies largely in the hands of the government, management,quality teaching and learning that saw many O'level ,A'level and WASSCE students going for first ,second ,third and etc world wars before getting to their final destination ,tertiary level. But was this suffering what we wanted,obviously NO!.Today,the country is gearing towards building stronger institutions ,the much of the existance of the national teaching council,NTC,national nursing council and etc.All in attempt to building the stronger institutions. We can not be taken back again and again. Yesteryear is gone for good in the books of GES for unprofessionalism in the country's educational history. GES is at the reinforcement stage to comply with it's policy.

  When he was a Regional Director and also playing oversight role in my school as a headmaster, he was always on NPP for not completing our Eblock started by Mahama.
  He initially was not ready to accept that position it they say "in the interest of the service".
  I am a member of the Western North NDC Regional Elections team.
  It pains evens.
  I remembered him telling headmasters " if you need help call but don't take any money in my name".

Mahama should not wait for another disaster to fall on teachers who are in court today battling cases with GES,not because of the want of getting judgement debt money from the government but because of what the educational mismanagement by the previous administration has created for them as GES TOP BOSSES. I want Pres.Mahama to sign an oath,only if possible, to accept the payments of monies and punishments that these appointees may bring should there be any mistake in the discharge of their duties under GES.
