But that's the whole point of the case- the operatives had no lawful order and therefore violated the man's right to privacy, caused unwarranted damage to his reputation (the he had a great reputation in the international financial community is provable), and caused severe angst among his domestic staff. These are the three legs of the case arising from the UNLAWFUL raid. This is a democracy, not a military regime.

Do you know the police powers the "Special Branch" in Ghana has? Mahama change the nib name back to its original name, Special Branch. The impunity of these guys from Akyem is unbelievable. You were given opportunity to serve Ghana, you bankrupted/looted the nation and Akufo Addo blamed it on Russia/Ukraine war. Always blaming external factors for his reckless doings. The law must work in Ghana. Secondly, Prez Mahama, reform the Judicial Sercive by reducing the retiring age of the Justices to 65 years, and cap the sitting Justices to 9. That way, Akufo Addo's midnight appointments will be phased out. Ghana needs reform at the SCOG.
