It's very easy. Just give her the "You're fired" letter and she's gone. NPP did that to Mrs. Osei, the former EC chairperson.

The suggestion is a good one. Simplified e-voting wil greatly do many things with paper receipts just like a cash register to aid in verifying disputed votes. The voter will be given a receipt of their vote.
