Ghanaians do not forget that throughout Mahama's presidency from 2012-2016, they presented supplementary budget after the usual annual budget something NPP never do so, I am reminding Ghanaians to watch closely because Ato Forson will definitely present supplementary budget somewhere by the end of this year.

That said, Hassan Ayariga should understand that NDC that governed Ghana from 2012-2016, is the same NDC we have now so, there is nothing new about them.

Also, every budget is made to align with prevailing condition of a given time. Imagine there are uncertainties across the world like covid, will there be some teeth gnashing about the budget or not? So, NDC should not gloat over this "EMPTY" budget because their performance would be judged at the end of 2028.
