You are holding these passports and reason you got the passport was through an official capacity and the president requested earlier and yet still not submitted WHY. I don’t think fantastic Minister Ablakwa should waste his time sending this press release but rather just let police invite them to bring to Police HQ and if the fail then arrest them and charge them penalty fee. Is purely sick in those people’s mind. In London if they have deplatic passport and no longer in an official capacity the seal in a nice envelop with special notes and courier will present to foreign office - they don’t even wait for ministry of foreign affairs to tell them. Why in Ghana some people always feel they are above the law.
